    The location was central, close enough to Cairns famous ' Cock and Bull ' restaurant/pub, and tourist hub. Again, Crackerbox Palace was close...

    The location turned out to be great and absolutely perfect, just off Airport, which is barely 10 minutes by taxi and shops, food venues and airport and city centre. The room I had was spotless with a bath to enjoy and private bathroom, as example.

    Great location near the airport and a short ride to the city! Rooms are spacious with balconies, and the staff is super friendly. Just a heads up, the beach is a bit of a trek, but there's an Indian restaurant nearby. Clean and comfortable overall!

    I didn't want to say goodbye, so can recommend this hotel. The venue was tidy, it's a nicely renovated place to stay. The staff was very attentive and efficient all day long. The venue was in a central location near Australia, marina and cairns central and restaurants along the esplanade. Also, it was 3 km from The Cairns Museum.

    we recently stayed at the sheridan and our experience was overall positive. the room was newly refurbished, featuring comfortable beds and a pleasant fresh smell from the modern furnishings. we appreciated the good water pressure in the shower and the convenience of plenty of power points and usb ports for our devices. the staff were friendly and helpful, making our check-in smooth and allowing us a late check-out that suited our flight schedule.

    No complaints 😊.

    Exactly what & where we were looking for - Suite was ideal for extended stay, close to airport and an easy 25 minute walk into Cairns, or use the bus stop outside the Hotel.

    Room etc was excellent value for money - Breakfast charges and Internet use charges perhaps excessive?.

    I had an amazing experience at the Sheridan. the front desk staff were welcoming and attentive. My room was modern, comfortable, and impeccably clean, although a cozy chair would have been a nice addition. I thoroughly enjoyed breakfast, which was undoubtedly one of the best hotel meals I’ve had recently.

    No complaints here! 😊 Everything was great!

    Staff was helpful in arranging for taxis and for getting us to airport for early flights. Also stored our luggage for us while we visited Kakadu.

    Breakfast buffet very average & not worth the extra money. If I were to stay again I'd book room only, not B&B.

    I always stay at the Sheridan Plaza when in Cairns. My work takes to and from Papua New Guinea and it is convenient to the airport. There are adequate shops adjacent and the staff are always helpfull.
